The single cell Atlas of Human Hematopoietic Stem Cell Development provides access to gene expression profiles of human HSCs throughout ontogeny. This Atlas covers developing human HSCs from their specification and emergence from hemogenic endothelium throughout their migration and maturation in the different hematopoietic niches. This Atlas also makes it possible to evaluate where any human hemato-vascular populations derived in vivo or in vitro map along HSC developmental journey, using stage specific gene expression scorecards.
